If the student is unaware of the basic or beginner  level poses this class maybe more difficult for them to digest as no detailed explanation of the  basic and beginner poses will be given. Instead details of the intermediate level poses will be  highlighted, as these poses require more attention and may travel through the beginner core element.

Intermediate Flow and Choreography:

This level class specifically helps to build the students strength and awareness. Within this class  you will learn combinations of poses mixed from beginner Level to intermediate level. Ideally this  level class is to connect the poses together not to re-learn poses as there should be a basic  understanding from the beginner trick classes and choreography, therefore less instructions will  be given on the poses themselves and more information on how they connect and flow together,  building strength and stamina.

The class maybe short flow or choreography. Choreography is a combination of beginner and  intermediate poses connected together with music. The choreography can be between two to  four minutes long. This will help the student to develop the dancing aspect of aerial into their  portfolio, helping to build strength, body awareness and musicality needed for Advanced level  Trapeze.
